Overview

Pingfolio is a conversation tracking app that stores all your data locally on your device. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how Pingfolio handles your information.

Data Collection

Pingfolio does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Specifically:

• No account or registration required
• No data is sent to our servers or any third party
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are included
• No cookies or web tracking of any kind

Data Stored on Your Device

All data you enter into Pingfolio is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes:

• Conversation records (phone numbers, names, labels, notes)
• Your custom folders, tags, statuses, and templates
• Reminder dates and notification preferences
• App settings

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it using the app's share feature (copy, text, or email).

Contacts Access

Pingfolio requests access to your Contacts only when you tap the Contacts button to select a contact. This access is used solely to let you pick a name and phone number to add to a conversation. Contact data is not stored beyond what you choose to add. No contact data is transmitted externally.

Notifications

Pingfolio uses local notifications to deliver reminders you set within the app. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any external push notification service or server.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the Pingfolio app removes all associated data permanently. You can also delete individual conversations within the app at any time.

Children's Privacy

Pingfolio is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
